Ashley, with Roof It Forward made sure I was happy with my roof. The team came early and worked extremely hard to complete their job in 1 day. I love the color and quality of the shingles. The only issue was with some trim work and a dented gutter that is being addressed and lots of nails left after the project. Ashley came back out and used a magnet to attempt to get all the nails out of my yard and driveway. I would highly recommend Ashley, and Roof It Forward if you are in need of a new roof!

Make sure if they put a new roof on you go behind them and check every detail! After roof was put on we had a rain storm and had major leaking in the bathroom so had to calm the back out. They didn’t replace main boards that needed done so had to call them back out then we just cut out drywall because of mold and they never replaced another section of boards. They are still soaked. Explains why mold was showing. Never return calls or messages. This company is a joke.

Please BEWARE of this Company. You MUST look at their work. They installed shingles over rotted sheathing that they were supposed to replace per the contract. That is why I signed the contract over another company giving me 10 sheets free and 60.00 a sheet there after.. John said he'd beat the estimate with whatever the amount of sheets to do the job. They knew my roof was over 32 or more years old. They were aware of the condition. They skimped. They never cut out the openings in the sheathing on one side for the ridge vents to vent my attic. The other side is very minimal at best. They also placed shingles over a row of the ridge vents to allow proper ventilation. I have no ventilation for my attic now. They were drinking alcoholic beverages on the job and a workers leg went through my living room ceiling. Over a month later it's still NOT fixed. They improperly installed a boot where one of my major leaks were. They killed most of my plants and left a mess. Nails and wood pieces throughout my yard. My neighbor also got a nail in his tire. They broke my spigot in the rear of my house and failed to tell me. I found out when the main water valve was turned off and we had no water. The Soffit and Fascia job is still not finished and what they did install is horrific at best. They cut the fascia aluminum around a satellite dish bracket that was supposed to have been removed. There are several openings where critters will now have access to my attic. They never installed the gutter apron I paid for per the contract. They also put down ABC Synthetic Underlayment when the comtract stipulayed the use Rhino. Also, a Breach of co tract. I was trying to get someone to come back and fix the roof per the signed contract by both parties, but I was ghosted. I never heard back from anyone, but I received a bill from them via email wanting the remainder due. They have not completed the jobs. They failed 3 inspections by the City of Tampa. I contacted The Mayors Office and made a complaint. I am also contacting the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations and filing a complaint to conduct an investigation. As well as, the Better Business Bureau and I have contacted an attorney. I am a 58 year old Retired Disabled Law Enforcement Officer with a Terminal Lung Disease, Pulmonary Fibrosis. I also have Asthma, Chronic Bronchitis and COPD. I explained to them I needed the rotted compromised decking removed because of my lung diseases. I got into my attic to see what kind of mess my family would have to clean up from the cuts in the sheathing for the ridge vents and there was barely any wood chips or saw dust. Because they did not Install everything per Owens Corning Directions which WILL VOID OUT MY WARRANTY. I will have no WARRANTY. I have also contacted Owens Corning and advised them of the situation. I don't understand why they don't stand behind their word and advertisements. I only hope that no one else has had a shoddy roofing, Soffit and fascia install like mine. I hope everyone that has had a roof installed by this company have someone come out and look at their roof install and go over the contract with what was supposed have been I stalled. There credibility is lacking. I am not asking for any less or anything more.. just a roof install done professionally and per the contract. As well as the Soffit and Fascia. I'm sure while they were consuming alcoholic beverages on the job site that it played a role in how they installed my roof. This whole ordeal has been a complete nightmare with this shoddy roofing company who praise themselves with donating to Children Cancer Hospitals. Meanwhile they are out there knocking on doors soliciting for roofing and taking advantage of people. It should be criminal to prey upon people and not complete a job and expect to be compensated.

The quote was the best quote we received, no additional surprise charges, the best quality products (Owen Corning Duration) were used, they had the exact color I wanted. The crew was efficient and cleaned up each day. Our salesman Rafael Avella was knowledgeable & did a final walk around to review the jobs site with us. It's so nice to have the new roof and not worry about rain after Ian had destroyed our roof. Thank you!

These folks were amazing. From start to end they kept me informed on all processes that will occur in repairing and replacing my roof. As soon as all materials were delivered, I had a crew on sight the next day. What astonished me, they completed my roof (which including replacing two old skylights) in just 1 day. Once all was said and done, they ensured they left my property free of debris. I highly recommend these folks when you need roof repair and or replacement. They are in my opinion an outstanding company to hire.
