Start to finish this was a great experience. We had a couple of roof issues flagged by the buyer on a home inspection. Larry reviewed our project and quickly scheduled the work so we would be done before closing. Honestly, this is best Tampa Bay contractor experience we’ve had in years. Highly recommend.

The roof work from Evens Roofing was excellent, but the experience with replacing the skylight was disappointing. I waited months for a new unit, only to end up with the original 20-year-old skylight still in place. I had offered to pay extra even though it wasn’t part of the original scope. Communication dropped off, and after I paid for the completed work, it seemed like my project was no longer a priority. Update! They got me a skylight on order…hopefully I’m going up to 5 star in a few more weeks!

Evan's Roofing company sent a sharp, honest and thorough inspector and evaluator, Larry Neal, to evaluate our leaky roof. He provided a complete evaluation accompanied by pictures of our problems. He sent Sam Moore from Evan's Roofing to fix our roof problems. Sam did an amazing job. He did the work that was needed and actually repaired the roof. We had two other roofing companis who had tried to fix our roof over the past 18 months, but failed. There were 3 other companies who wouldn't even try to fix the problems but offered to replace the entire roof for over $100,000.00. Not one of these 5 other roofing companies found or fixed the problems we had. Yet, the 2 companies that tried and failed to fix our roof, charged us more over the last 18 months than Evan's Roofing charged us to actually fix the problem right. Both Larry and Sam were competent, honest and excellent at their jobs. I would reccommend Evan's Roofing to anyone looking for help with their roof.
