Got to this review site via a QR code stapled to a complimentary bag of Himalayan pink salt popcorn they left in my car. These guys were great. Got honest advice and a detailed price breakdown from the store manager with 35 years of automotive experience. Said he built his first engine at 11. Paid the same price as I always do for an oil change but received a complimentary complete vehicle assessment and a snack bar with a mini fridge. Naturally took a little longer to do all that they did, but they told me it would beforehand.

I came to this shop with some questions about a few things on my car before going on vacation. They were very friendly and confirmed everything was OK and good to go. I'll be back next time for my next scheduled service.

I went to get my car fixed and they were incredibly helpful, although they couldn't help with the issue at hand they were very informative and gave me alternative solutions and broke down exactly what needed to be done with my car. Shout out to AJ for the help! I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Outstanding mechanical care on our 2015 Volkswagen Tiquan. Customer service keeps us informed on technician inspections and needed maintenance. Pleased with Auto Doctor Service. We will continue to bring our cars to Auto Doctor for auto repair and maintenance. Thank you!!!!!!!

===== READ ===== HONEST1 IS AN OVER PRICED RACKET These guys are a rip off - they wanted to charge $1000 to change an oxygen sensor and replace a cabin air filter for my mother-in-laws 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage. I told her NO...we took it to Brothers Automotive on MacDill (less then 1 mile from Honest1) and they fixed it for $295. A $700 difference isn't just ShopA vs ShopB - its theft and taking advantage of an elderly woman and customers in general. Their charges were $185 for diagnostic and $800 to replace an oxygen sensor and replace a $15 filter located behind the glove box (4 screws, done in 5 minutes). Mind you, that diagnostic fee doesn't not apply to any fixes they may have to do...these guys are an absolute ripoff. I went back into Honest1 today to force them to explain themselves - they reprinted the quote and somehow her $800 quote on Friday is now $635 today...magically, it dropped $165 in 4 days. He explained the difference was because he found a cheaper oxygen sensor. Ok, "so how much is the new oxygen sensor" I ask..."its $291" he says. On Friday the oxygen sensor cost $460...and miraculously they managed to find a new one today (Wed) for only $291 - like the $291 pricing simply just wasn't available ANYWHERE last Friday. Additionally, had she brought her car back in on Monday (as originally scheduled) I have a hunch they wouldn't have made any effort to find that cheaper part...its only when I started asking questions did they find it. Yeah, if looks like BS, and it smells like BS...then its probably BS. He asks "what part did Brothers use? If its not OEM there is a good chance you will be back in the shop in two weeks...those universal oxygen sensors are cheap and break all the time." Fair enough, but for $700, don't ya think you should give your customers the option to chose? Anyway, I later bring this up to Brothers and they laugh, saying they get the part directly from NTK...the original manufacturer of the part - the ones who supply Mitsubishi with the OEM parts. The part charge was $75. Thus instead of Honest1 finding you the best price direct from the manufacturer, they want to charge Mitsubishi profit-inflated OEM pricing....to which the manager admitted they also were marking up the part to make their own profit. Even if the part really was $291...so why is the new charge still $635? That is still more than TWICE as much as Brothers. How much of it is labor...Honest1 claims 2 hours...Brothers did it in half an hour. Brothers charged us for the cabin filter part itself ($21), but no labor - they say they couldn't justify charging even half an hour labor for something that takes 2 minutes. Honest1 had no problem charging $80 for that line item. Here's the EXTRA catch. He tells me they get their assessments from the car manufacturer on how much time it takes to replace a part. If Mitsubishi say its takes 3 hours, then Honest1 charges you up front 3 hours...but if they get it done in 30 minutes...they are still charging you for 3 hours. He bold faced said this too me. Now I question everything from Honest1. My mother-in-law had Honest1 redo her left front wheel bearing for $775 a few months ago. I took that receipt to Brothers - they ran the numbers and said they would have charged $495 for the job. Honest1 is anything but Honest...and everything about trying to rip you off with inflated BS prices. Its moments like this I wish google allowed 0 starts. ==== BE WARNED ====

This place is very clear with what the work they are completing and provide in depth analysis and pictures of what they need to fix before proceeding. They also share the complete diagnostics report. The facility is also very clean and they offer a complimentary shuttle to bring you home after you drop off your vehicle. However, you do pay for these services in the long run. If you are looking for the best deal on price, this isn't the place for you. In my experience they are definitely on the expensive side. They don't try and upsell you or really get you to buy something you don't need, but they don't have to because the parts and labor here are pricier than your average auto mechanic garage. Overall, it's a solid experience getting your vehicle serviced here, just be prepared to spend more than you had hoped.

Amazing Service! Issue with my car was identified, I was educated on the issue and what caused it, and got it fixed. Thank you again!
