First time hiring contractors for such a big job on my forever home and they did not disappoint. Lets face it many say we are the best, but lack the capacity for in person conversations with clear answers to what is expected from the customer and the contractors. Outstanding job. Thank you Josh for being there for all my concerns and questions.

Made a appointment for a estimate and they called the day before appointment and said they didn't want to drive to Lakeland to do the estimate they would look on Google at my roof and give me a estimate from that?!?! How the hell do you know what repairs my roof needs from Google and not putting eyes on it.. SMH. Would not recommend.

Very competitive bid, questions were always answered promptly, communication throughout the project was excellent, from contract to install was only 2 weeks, the install crew were fantastic, the work area was surrounded by tarps, upon completion the surrounding area was completely cleaned and checked for any loose debris or nails. I would recommend Jerry’s Roofing for any roof repair or replace.

Jerry's Roofing made my roof replacement go about as smoothly as the process could be. From the initial quote from Brian, communication with Maggie in the office and James stopping by while the job was in progress, interaction with everyone was pleasant. As with most projects, a couple of issues came up, but they were taken care of quickly. You can tell when people take pride in a job well done and everyone I’ve interacted with showed this attribute. I hope I don’t have to replace a roof again for many more years, but if I ever have the need, Jerry’s Roofing would be the first company I would reach out to.

Jerry's replaced a roof for me 5 years ago. I was happy with the work. I had another roof replacement needing to be done this year. I called Jerry's. Very pleased with the response and work. Once I obtained HOA approval, Jerry's had the roof replaced within 2 weeks. Price increased considerably from 5 years ago, but I am happy with the quality of materials and work. Jerry's is the roofer I called in the past and will be calling in the future.

Generally, I’m not one to write a review; however, I will read them when needed. Nonetheless, I would like to take the time to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Jerry’s Roofing. The professionalism, honesty, and understanding received by Bryce, James, the staff that work on the roof, office staff was hands down wonderful. I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch, and the results exceeded my expectations. The Actual Work – delivery of the material, workers display of cleanliness and respect to my property was amazing. Tuesday, February 4, 2025, I met with Bryce to do a walk through of my attic and roof. Bryce was prompt thorough, attentive to my needs, and extremely polite and professional. By the end of our consultation, I had a quote sent to my email. This quote was in line with my finances and my needs. I reviewed every page of the quote and got all my questions answered before signing it and returning it on Feb. 6th. Within two days or so of returning the signed quote page I received another email withs an install date of 2/21/2025. The roofer worked on the 2/21/2025 (7:30 am to 7:30 pm), then on 2/22/2025 (7:30 am and finished approximately 1:00pm); this included cleaning up the property from nails and debris. On Monday, February 24, 2025, James came to my home to walk through with my brother to make sure every question was answered, and I was completely satisfied. Hands down this Jerry’s Roofing is a forced to be reckoned with. FYI……ABSOUTLY Not…..there were no hidden fees added to my invoice. Forever Grateful

Bryce was very informative and communicated with us throughout the whole process, making sure we understood everything that was happening. Our project manager, James, was awesome! He made sure all our questions were answered and was always available to help with any concerns we had. The roofing crew was professional and respectful. We were due for a new roof and as friends, of course, they are highly recommended. We ordered the rare color "green" shingles. There was a minor mistake at the beginning but quickly rectified. Inside joke: Jerry, tell Desert Rose "nice try" but go away (hehe)! The crew was friendly and they worked really hard (not easy to do in the hot Florida sun). We love the finished job, the color is beautiful! The county inspector commented on what a great job they did, and he should know. I had a few neighbors come by and comment on how much they like it too. Jerry's crew actually fixed some spots and just in time too, good catch! No leaks "Jerry" so great job (haha). We're happy with the result, highly recommend.
