  We had our siding replaced by Southshore. Highly recommend them! I’m so glad we went with Jason Worley. He gave us the best team to do the job. David our project manager, Kevin the lead on the work, and their team were amazing. It looks awesome and they cleaned up everyday after themselves and were very respectful of our house. Top Notch Service!!

  SouthShore Roofing & Exteriors installed new Hardie Board siding on my house, installed exterior doors and painted the exterior. First, their communication was excellent throughout the process. From the project manager, David Bernal, site manager, Kevin and to the installers on site. They were fair, flexible and professional. I have high expectations and believe I made the right choice selecting this company. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

  The team at Southshore Roofing & Exteriors were contracted to do a large capital repair project on the townhome community section of Walden Woods in Plant City. The project contained stucco repair and repainting of 49 buildings with 4 different paint schemes and elevations. The project was completed in a timely manner, worksite was kept clean, and there was ongoing effective communication between the board and the project manager during the project. I would recommend Southshore Roofing & Exteriors to any community needing to complete a capital repair or refurbishment project.

  What a very satisfying roofing experience. Southshore Roofing and Exteriors was responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. I am managing my rental property from far away and Brad was ready and willing to work around my timing and ability to travel as well as get the job completed as quickly as possible with limited disruption. In addition, I appreciated how responsive and thorough Deavin was through the full process, especially as my garage roof is shared with my neighbor. Their attention to detail regarding clean up and information about structural repairs was also outstanding. Deavin was patient and understanding and communicative. I greatly appreciated all of the pictures as the job was assessed and completed. Both my tenant and neighbor were very impressed. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you all!

  After the hurricane i contacted Southshore Roofing who was highly recommended by a close friend who just had them replace his roof with the highest praise. The process began with a phone call and ended with my roof being done in one day by Southshore. Everyone i came in contact with was nothing but professional, and knowledgeable. My coordinator was Bradly Wallace who walked me through the process and was available at every step until the roof was done. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was always ready to answer questions and was one step ahead of any issues i had. I highly recommend this company and their people. They did an outstanding job.   I recently had the pleasure of working with South Shore Roofing, and I can confidently say they exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I reached out for an estimate, Brad & Eric , and the entire South Shore team, were professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They took the time to assess my roof thoroughly and explained all of my options in detail, helping me make an informed decision. The crew that came out was punctual, courteous, and efficient. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and did a fantastic job of keeping the job site clean and organized. I was amazed at how quickly they completed the work without sacrificing quality. The new roof looks amazing. Two thumbs up!!!!

  I had a great experience with Southshore roofing and exteriors. I contacted Southshore to replace the siding on my home after a tree was blown into my home by hurricane Milton. They removed the old vinyl siding and installed Hardie Board and Batten. It is absolutely beautiful! From the salesman Jordan, to the project manager David and the excellent crew of Walter and Angel run by Kevin, they did an exceptional job! They paid attention to all the details, were very meticulous, very respectful of my property, and listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. They went above and beyond. I recommend them 100%.

  The difference in my home before working with SouthShore vs. after is night and day. My beloved cedar siding was nearly 60 years old and crumbling. We had no insulation in the walls and no backing board. The crew ripped all of our old siding off, installed insulation and backing board, along with our new Hardie siding and it's like we have a whole new house! I worked with Victor on my quote and then Brad was our project manager - both were great guys and very easy to work with. And the crew was top notch. Best team I've had yet for a project on my house!

  My experience with SouthShore Roofing and Exteriors was fantastic from the quoting process with Jordan to the install with Brad and crew. Great communication, professional, tidy work area and great installation. The new roof and siding have given my house a new look and I am extremely pleased with the outcome.   Jason from SouthShore Roofing was nothing short of awesome. He answered all of our questions, texts, and numerous phone calls. He personally completed a thorough walk through at the end which entailed climbing on the roof and explaining things to me. The team arrived on time and worked straight through the day. They covered our pool and cleaned up our entire property prior to leaving. We will be using South Shore Roofing and exterior for the installation of our gutters! Highly recommend.
