  Absolutely 5 stars plus!. I have been a client now for several years and the very first visit she was more concerned with what I wanted. She is quick to listen and then make suggestions without hard selling that make you feel so uncomfortable. She is conservative in her approach which I loved. Very professional, highly educated and easy to have a conversation with. I have recommended her now to my friends and business clients. Everyone has had glowing reports of her work.   As a newbie to fillers and tox, I was incredibly nervous. But Michele really put my nerve at ease, explaining the process, what is to be expected, and with her patient's testimonials. Also, I really identify with her philosophy of achieving a refreshed look with slow steps. It's not about chasing every line but restoring balance. Additionally, I have been loving the ZO Skin Health products. Using the Skin Brightening Program mask as my "me time" with spa music is rejuvenating not only for my face but also to restore my inner self.
