  While I love all these instructors because of the variety in classes , I also love it because you can come here to teach as you are, or practice exactly as we practice. WITHOUT judgement or politics.

  I recently went on my second weekend retreat led by Whitney and Erin. From sleeping under the stars in the beautiful plush tee pee to waking up to coffee being delivered to me while listening to the amazing sound bath the weekend was incredible! The silent morning meditation hikes, workshops, yoga sessions, smores around the campfire, horseback riding etc were all so meaningful and memorable! I treasure the friendships that were formed with women from all walks of life! Truly a life changing experience! I highly recommend you check out their upcoming retreats!

  The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, which makes it easy to feel comfortable as a beginner. Before joining, I had never done yoga, now I go weekly. The variety of classes offered is also a huge plus. From restorative yoga to more intense vinyasa sessions, there's something for everyone. The times the classes are offered is also a plus because I can go early before work or catch an afternoon or evening session. Overall, this yoga retreat center has not only improved my physical health but has also contributed significantly to my mental well-being. I can't wait to see how my practice evolves in the coming months!

  Poppys is an amazing place ! I personally take advantage of the yoga classes they offer and on the way out I always make my way around the market! I feel like there is always something new to look at … or smell ! It’s a warm feeling just walking into the door ! I also really like the swayde boutique and secret garden ! Def check out if in the area ! It’s been my second home since they opened !

  Hidden gem!! I was looking for a studio that was close to where I work and could practice after a long day of teaching a bunch of energetic 8 year-olds, when I stumbled upon this beautiful space. I’ve taken several classes so far, and have enjoyed each one. The instructors are knowledgeable, experienced, and masters of their craft. Jessica, in particular, has taken the time to really hand-craft a practice that is tailored to the students’ wants and needs, and I’ve learned so much in the short time I’ve been taking her classes. I will definitely continue working my practice at this studio and would recommend for beginners to seasoned yogis alike. 🩷

  This is a loving, assuring community, built and nurtured by compassionate yogis. Nestled in the eclectic Poppy’s True Market, the vibe, the soothing color of the walls, the warmth, the coolness of the towels at the end of class, the creative offerings and teachers are superb. There is something for everyone here. I’m honored to be a part of it!

  For a beginner level student i couldn’t have picked a better studio to do yoga. This place is full of amazing and kind people who want to help you and not only in stretching these people become your people 🤍 they make you laugh and boost you up in every way. Yoga has been a huge help in my life mentally and physically and i have to give this a place most of the credit for being my second home and offering a great place to get away for a moment. If you haven’t tried this place out and if you are thinking about trying yoga out check them out everyone there is wonderful.

  I love this studio, I’ve done in-person and virtual and they both are amazing. They have great options to modify certain poses if you need it. My hips are spicy sometimes so it was great for Toni to show me different options.
