Steve is a very knowledgeable and considerate technician that got me through the overwhelming issues now in my computer.   I called Palm Coast PC Services to relocate a wall TV mount, and to attach a 55” TV. Steve & his assistant performed the project in under an hour at a VERY reasonable price, while providing insight on several other technical projects we are undertaking. We’ll also be asking Steve to help us with re-tinting a cracked window pane once it is replaced. He also helped us diagnose a Macbook storage problem we’re having. Bottom line, I plan to call them before ever calling a “big box” service. Give them a call…you won’t be disappointed.

  Excellent experience: Stephen picked up the phone, advised on his availability timeline, kept me informed of when he was coming out to the address. He has excellent knowledge of the ISP/Networking components and technologies and was able to troubleshoot and address an issue, re-enabling full functionality as hoped for. Will definitely use again (perhaps not too soon :) and would recommend to others in the Palm Coast area
