Called Wilco with flooding issues. Joe was great. They were on site quickly and assessed what needed to be done and got started immediately. Joe communicated clearly through every step of the process to keep us updated on how things were going. Pricing was great and was communicated clearly also. I highly recommend Wilco for any cleanup or restoration needs.

I had a sudden issue with moisture coming from the crawl space. I emailed and they came out the same day and brought me back, the same day, a commercial dehumidifier until the foundation company could come to check the crawl space. They were a life saver!

Exceptional service! We had an emergency AC leak that overflowed into our ceiling. Wilco Restoration came out the next morning and took immediate action to dry everything out and prevent mold growth. We have been dealing with a fire and family tragedy, the death of a son and brother. He was a foreign war veteran as well as a certified EMT/Firefighter, which is why working with a Vet owned and operated service was so important to us. Bill, Joe, and crew were exceptional. They told us that as a vet owned company, "They take care of their own." They did. Their professionalism and knowledge was only matched by the kindness shown to us at the loss of our family. Wilco was great to work with and kept us aware of what they were doing and why. Thank you for being such an exceptional company to work with! Every member of the crew (Bill, Joe, Mike, Mike, and Anthony) were caring, patient, and professional. I'd give more stars if it were possible. Above and beyond, our highest recommendation for this company. These are the best people to have in your corner when dealing with the incomprehensible weight of loss. Unfortunately we learned the hard way, that mold remediation isn’t always done by experts. After two weeks, even though everyone was kind and professional and polite, we were told that the mold remediation was complete and a third party came to test the results and told us everything was clear. The way they tested did not make logical sense to me, as they had the hole sealed and taped off and tested the air in the room, while the hole was sealed. Even more concerning was that the area still smelled very badly. We peeled back the plastic and tape, and discovered that after a two week mold remediation process by the company, still, the entire length of the wall was covered in mold inside - this wall extended 8 feet high 40 feet wide. We ended up having to do the work ourselves, so that it could be done accurately and completely. My husband had help and removed the entire wall, took out all the mold still left behind completely un-remediated, and replaced the drywall, foam and studs themselves. We then had a drywall professional come and finish it off. We spent $8000 on the mold remediation and only 10% of the mold was removed. We were told it was all out. I no longer trust mold remediation services or the third-party testing system at all and I’ve learned a lot. As time goes by, my husband and I find that anything you can do yourself always end up being a better outcome. Mold is a serious issue and you really have to be careful throughout the entire process to make sure it’s done correctly Below are photos of what was cut out by Wilco (outlined in blue tape) vs what we still had to remove ourselves- the entire wall was mold covered.

I would give WILCO Restoration 10 stars if allowed. They were incredible! They epitomize customer care and satisfaction. Bill and Joe went above and beyond. They actually care about the customer and it shows in every detail. I've been in Florida over 30 years, and there are only a handful of businesses I would recommend. WILCO Restoration is right at the top of my list. My wife and I will never forget the care, dedication and thoughtful consideration they provided us...not to mention, they did a perfect job. Your reputation speaks volumes and we will be forever thankful.

We recently had the pleasure of the guys from WILCO, to come out to our home to do an evaluation for interior water damage, apparently caused by a leaking roof. We were extremely impressed with their inspection and repair recommendation. Not to mention their great personalities, we were extremely impressed with the integrity that they displayed. We accepted their proposal and were not the least bit disappointed. They were punctual, which apparently is not the normal for most local companies, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. We were very satisfied with their work and work ethics. It's nice to see that there is at least one company that still cares about their work quality, professionalism, and personal interaction with their clients. I would use WILCO again in a heartbeat.
