Jeff with Certified Comfort of Georgia Heating and Cooling was awesome! My husband posted in our neighborhood Facebook group because our AC wasn't cooling like it should, and within minutes it seemed like everyone was recommending Jeff. Now I know why! He came out to our house that same evening, spent about an hour checking everything over, and took the time to explain what was going on. He gave us several helpful tips about our system, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel like he was in a hurry. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and just an all-around nice guy. It's hard to find someone who genuinely wants to help instead of trying to sell you things you don't need. We really appreciated how responsive and professional he was, especially coming out after normal business hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeff to anyone looking for HVAC service. We'll definitely be calling him again if we ever need anything!

I can't say enough good things about Certified Comfort of Georgia and Jeff! When our AC stopped working at 9:00 PM on a Friday night, and a holiday weekend, I wasn't sure anyone would be available. Jeff came out that same night, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got our AC running again. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it. It's rare to find a company that's willing to provide such prompt, reliable service—especially so late at night on a holiday weekend.
