Our house needed new gutters and a roof. We called Accurate after being referred by a friend. There technician came out and did an onsite inspection. He was very nice and very knowledgeable . Same day office sent us estimate through email. Pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we received. We decided to proceed. We are so glad we choose this company! There crew did an awesome job installing our new roof and gutters! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Called Accurate roofing Pros about a leak in my roof. They sent someone out that day to take a look at it. Informed me on what was going on with the leak and the entire roof. Came out the next day to temporarily fix the leak until they could fix it permanently which was only three days later. Great job

I just had my roof replaced by Accurate Roofing Pros LLC, locally owned and operated by Jana Shimley. The experience could not have been better! Jana was able to answer all of my questions clearly and in a way that I easily understood and she submitted a competitive estimate. I chose an Owings-Corning shingle. Because her company is certified by Owings-Corning to apply their roofing products per their manufacturing guidelines, I felt comfortable that the roof would be applied properly. Jana organized the roofing project efficiently and it flowed in a seamless manner until its successful completion. The roofing supplies arrived on the day prior to the start of the project. Jana and the roofing crew arrived early the next day and began by moving my outdoor furniture away from the house and covering all of the shrubs with a tarp. Jana returned frequently throughout the day to supervise and troubleshoot the roof installation. She frequently contacted me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. By the end of the day, the roof was finished. All remnants of the old roof and all roofing equipment/tools were removed. Nails and screws were collected from the grass and hardscape. My outdoor furniture was back in place. The shrubs were uncovered. And the new roof was beautiful! I fully recommend Accurate Roofing Pros LLC!

Accurate Roofing Pros just finished gutters and downspouts installation at our house today. Jana gave us reasonable price and the technicians did a great job. We used rain chains instead of downspouts for some corners and the technicians cut the holes perfectly for the rain chain adapters. Jana has been very quick in answering our questions and concerns. We are happy with the company and would recommend to others.

Highly recommend Accurate Roofing. The experience as compared to other vendors was stark. Jana (owner) responded quickly and never missed an appointment or call. Her crew was on time and worked efficiently and with great care for plants and property. My biggest concern was flashing of difficult areas including the chimney. Her flashing expert took great care and did an excellent job. Roof looks great and clean-up was done fully.

Horrible experience with this company. I have attached a before and after of their repair. You can clearly see daylight still coming through. I complained and got several stories as to why this repair was a "great job" to quote the owner. If you have a hole in your roof, expect them to use gobs of caulk to fix it. Ended up complaining and now they are threatening to come and rip what they did out instead of working with the customer. What company does that? Don't ever let these guys set foot on your roof. Huge waste of money having to pay them and now someone else to come and repair their repair.
