  Parker and his team were incredible! From the moment we made contact, they were nothing short of professional and responsive. They quickly filed an insurance claim for us, which was 100% agreed upon by our insurance company. They met the adjuster out at our house, and made the process seamless. It took less than two weeks from beginning to end for the process to be completed, and we have a brand new, gorgeous roof!

  I had a long standing roof leak problem before contacting Riverside. Several other roofers had tried but failed to remedy my problem. Riverside quickly pinpointed the cause of my leak and proposed a solution. They also noted evidence of hail damage on my roof. They worked with my insurance company for a settlement that allowed me to replace my roof. My roof replacement was completed in one day due to the large crew size and their competence. The crew removed the debris from the old roof and left my yard as it was when they came. Felix and Esaias were a pleasure to work with. They had a choice of several first class roofing materials available that allowed me to upgrade to the latest roofing technology. I expect several years of service from my new roof.
