  I highly recommend Pest King Services. Kyle is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He takes the time to explain the situation, find the source, and produce a solution. Prior to Kyle coming to my home, my 3 year could not go play outside because he would be eaten alive by mosquitoes. Now that we have pest king services coming to spray our yard every 3 to 4 weeks, we are able to enjoy the outdoors!

  I initially contacted Kyle from Pest King to do a full bat removal service for my home, which cost nearly $2,000 and included a one-year warranty. He installed a trap and said he would return in two weeks to remove it, but never showed up—even after I followed up with multiple phone calls. A few months later, I contacted him again because I was still hearing bats in the attic. He would occasionally answer and promise to come out the following week, but never followed through. Eventually, he stopped answering my calls altogether. When I texted him, he dismissed the issue, claiming it could just be birds outside. After eight months of trying to get help and with our warranty now expired, he told us he couldn’t do anything unless we paid again. Interestingly, when my husband called from a different number, Kyle picked up right away. He did eventually return and claimed to fix the issue—but the bats never went away. Again, he failed to come back to seal the gaps around the house as promised. I recently found a bat inside my home and had to hire a different company to completely redo all the work Pest King was supposed to have done—costing us another $1,800. I absolutely do not recommend Pest King. Their service was unprofessional, communication was terrible, and the work was never properly completed. Save yourself the money and stress—go with a company that stands behind their word. I have text screenshot for proof

  I had a bat problem in my attic. Kyle was recommended to me by some neighbors. I gave him a call after having a bigger pest company come out and quote me without actually reviewing anything in my attic or around my house. Kyle came and went through the attic with me, around the house, and quoted me exactly what I needed. His price was fair and he did all that he quoted plus some extra that he saw needed done once he was on the job. I would highly recommend him!
